Position Description
Applications are invited for the position of Admin Support Team Member for the Technical Development Team in Fleet, Tools & Equipment, Network Support, ESB Networks.
Technical Development provide the personal protective equipment, tools, and equipment to ESB Networks.
Key Responsibilities
The primary role of the Technical Development Admin Support Team Member is to provide general administration duties for Fleet Tools & Equipment, in particular providing support to the Technical Development Manager, Maintenance Manager and the Technical Development Specialists.
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Processing SRM Purchase Orders for Technical Development, Maintenance &Technical Support and other areas of Networks as required.
- PPE footwear and clothing – Supporting the PPE supply chain process for ESBN including:
- Raising of purchase orders.
- Goods receipting payment of goods upon delivery to third party warehouse or ESBN.
- Monitoring of MNBR system.
- Stakeholder management both internal and external.
- Monitoring referrals/complaints received via PPE SharePoint.
- Support the development and revision of documents within Technical Development.
- Content Owner for DOC-100417-CRB - Technical Development PPE, Tools, and Equipment Catalogue.
- Supporting SharePoint Sites across F&E.
- Technical Development and M&TS SharePoint Sites.
- Create links and content within site.
- Ongoing site maintenance.
- Maintain the Master (Supervisor) list for CoreRFID.
- SharePoint support for F&E Commercial & Systems.
- Maintaining SharePoint Sites for ordering:
- Chainsaws
- Portable Earthing Equipment
- Chain/Rope Hoists
- Ladders
- Supporting the PPE SharePoint SIte
- Add new ACO’s.
- Brief new ACO’s on SharePoint.
- Add new NT’s/apprentices/staff members.
- Add new delivery addresses to the system.
- Change/edit existing PPE items in the system.
- Train staff in the PPE Co-Ordinator role.
- Developing additional/specific PPE request forms e.g., new Apprentices, NTs, and Graduates.
- Technical Development and M&TS SharePoint Sites.
- Provide ongoing Office 365 support to TD Team.
- Monitor and respond to emails in the [email protected] and [email protected] mailboxes.
- Support the implementation of audits of ESBN PPE stock stored with external vendors.
- Use of appropriate IT systems to assist in the day-to-day activities e.g. SAP, Excel spreadsheets etc.
- Provide excellent customer interface to both internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- A strong work ethic with a clear focus on safety, quality and cost objectives.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills
- Ability to engage with and influence multiple stakeholders
- 2 years relevant work experience
Desirable
- Working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- Excellent level of proficiency on MS Office Applications es. MS Excel / MS Word
Qualifications
Essential
- Either 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience.
Location
Flexible, ESB Depot.
Reporting to
The successful candidate will report to the Technical Development Manager, ESB Networks.

Salary will start at €30,500.
